DESCRIPTION ☞
A lovely pair of antique folding scissors with elegant mother-of-pearl inlaid handles, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. These scissors were designed for portability, folding into a compact form, making them ideal for travel. The metal blades show a rich patina from age and use, adding to their antique character. The original case is included, featuring a worn, textured surface and a hinged clasp. A charming collectible for sewing enthusiasts, antique lovers, or those who appreciate fine craftsmanship.

Scissors (folded): Approx. 2.75 inches long
Case: Approx. 3 inches long

CONDITION ☞ Scissors: Good antique condition with signs of age and use. The metal blades have some patina and wear, consistent with their age. The folding mechanism works as intended.
Handles: The mother-of-pearl inlays have minimal wear, one small crack on one side.
Case: Missing one ball on the clasp to keep it closed. Overall shows surface wear, discoloration, and patina on the metal clasp.
